Payment and Security

How payment works at Alza Travel, the accepted methods and the security measures for your transactions.

1. How payment works

Many trips at Alza Travel are prepared to order. Once we have spoken with you (via WhatsApp, Viber, phone or email) and agreed on the itinerary and the price, we send you a secure payment link or payment instructions.

The link takes you to a secure payment page of our bank, where you can pay by card. The booking is confirmed once the payment has been successfully received.

2. Payment methods

  • Credit/debit card — Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, through the bank's secure gateway.
  • Bank transfer — according to the invoice/proforma we send you.
  • Payment at the office — at our location in Podujevë.

3. The payment link

We send the payment link only after consulting with you and only through our official channels. It has a validity period and pertains to the amount agreed for your booking.

Never share the link or the payment details with third parties. If you have doubts about the authenticity of a link, contact us before you pay.

4. Currency

Transactions are made in Euros (EUR), unless otherwise indicated. Your bank may apply conversion fees if your card is in a different currency.

5. Payment security

Card payments are processed by our bank's secure gateway, in compliance with the PCI-DSS standards and with 3-D Secure authentication (Visa Secure / Mastercard Identity Check).

Alza Travel does not see and does not store your full card data — it is entered directly on the bank's secure page and transmitted encrypted.

6. Confirmation and invoice

After a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation and, on request, the relevant invoice. Please keep the confirmation as proof of your booking.

7. When you are charged

Your card is charged at the moment you make the payment through the link, except in cases where we expressly agree on a deposit or payment plan.

8. Deposit and partial payments

For some packages, payment by deposit may be offered, where a portion is paid upfront and the remainder by a set deadline. The terms are clearly stated in the offer.

9. Refunds

Refunds, when they apply, are returned to the same card or payment method. Full details can be found in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

10. Protection against fraud

We communicate payment details only through our official channels. We will never ask you for your card PIN or passwords by email or phone. If you notice anything suspicious, immediately notify your bank and us.
